Aura
A mobile app designed to help Spanish-speaking women overcome the fear of using a second language in professional settings. Not just learn it, but actually feel ready to use it. The project started with a real insight: many people study English for years but still freeze when it comes to job interviews, salary negotiations, or client presentations. Aura addresses that gap by combining personalized courses, an AI-powered virtual assistant, and gamified exercises; all tailored to the user's specific profession and goals. I led the end-to-end design process: from research and ideation, through feature prioritization and MVP definition, to wireframing, UI design, prototyping, and usability testing. The visual direction leans into a bold, dark aesthetic with vibrant gradients, intentionally stepping away from the typical pastel, friendly tone of most learning apps to feel more professional and aspirational.
